How Salon Capp pricing works, including trial, billing and what is included.

How much does Salon Capp cost?

Salon Capp uses a single monthly subscription that includes all platform modules and the three companion apps. The exact monthly price for your store is shown on the pricing page — there are no hidden module add-ons.

Is there a free trial of Salon Capp?

Yes. New stores can start with a free trial period (the current trial duration is shown on the pricing page) before activating a paid subscription, and no credit card is required to start.

Are setup fees charged separately?

No. Salon Capp does not charge mandatory setup fees for standard onboarding. Only premium customizations, custom integrations or large data migrations are quoted separately when needed.

Can I cancel my Salon Capp subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the subscription settings, and your access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle. Your salon data is retained according to the privacy and data retention policy.

Do you offer discounts for multi-store salon chains?

Yes. Multi-branch salon chains can request a custom plan from the request demo page. We optimize pricing based on number of stores, total staff and required modules.

How online booking, point-of-sale and invoicing work inside Salon Capp.

Can customers book salon appointments online?

Yes. Customers can book online from the Saloncapp Customer mobile app with OTP login, view live availability, choose services and stylists, receive confirmations and reminders, and manage their booking history.

Does Salon Capp support GST invoices and POS billing?

Yes. Salon Capp generates GST-compliant invoices, supports multiple tax rates, multiple payment modes (cash, card, UPI, wallets), discounts, packages, gift cards and memberships at the billing screen.

Can I send appointment reminders to customers?

Yes. Salon Capp sends automated reminders and confirmations through push notifications in the Customer app, and supports SMS and WhatsApp integrations for reminders and follow-ups.

Can two stylists be assigned to one bill?

Yes. A single bill can have multiple line items mapped to different stylists, with proper allocation of sales contribution and incentive calculation per stylist.

Does Salon Capp handle packages, gift cards and memberships?

Yes. Salon Capp natively supports prepaid packages, gift cards and memberships with redemption tracking, expiry management and accurate revenue recognition in reports.

Staff mark attendance through the Saloncapp Workforce app or an in-store attendance terminal, with optional geo-location and face verification to prevent buddy punching, and full audit history of every check-in and check-out.

Does Salon Capp support staff incentives and salary?

Yes. Salon Capp calculates staff incentives based on configurable rules (services, products, targets), supports advance payments, leave deductions and end-of-month salary processing with downloadable payslips.

Can stylists see their performance and earnings?

Can I export my data if I leave Salon Capp?

Most stores go live within 2 to 7 days. Onboarding includes setting up your store, services, taxes, staff, packages, importing customers and a guided walkthrough of day-end closure.

Can I migrate data from my current salon software?

Yes. Salon Capp supports importing customers, services, products, staff, packages and gift cards from spreadsheets and most popular salon software vendors. Custom migration is supported on request.
